What happens if I am on the surface and do not have enough air in the tank to inflate the buoy?
Bunch the opening of the buoy together as you would do if blowing into a paper bag, and blow into the buoy to fully inflate. The bottom end can also be twisted shut to ensure that the air stays trapped inside if you need to wave the Surface Marker for more attention.
